Pasta-artichoke shrimp salad

Ingredients

2cupsTripolini or small sea shell macaroni
cupChopped green onions
½cupChopped celery
1can(8-oz) artichoke hearts; quartered and drained
1can(4.5-oz) shrimp; drained and rinsed (up to)
½teaspoonCurry powder
¾cupHellmann's mayonnaise
½cupSour cream
Capers for garnish

Directions

Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cold water.

Chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
