Pasta-artichoke shrimp salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Tripolini or small sea shell macaroni
⅓ cup Chopped green onions
½ cup Chopped celery
1 can (8-oz) artichoke hearts; quartered and drained
1 can (4.5-oz) shrimp; drained and rinsed (up to)
½ teaspoon Curry powder
¾ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
½ cup Sour cream
\N \N Capers for garnish

Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cold water.

Chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
