1 can Solid Italian white tuna packed in water; drained (6

½ cup Mayonaise
½ cup Deglazing liquid
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice; or to taste
2 \N Garlic cloves; mashed to a paste
\N \N ; with 1/8 teaspoon
\N \N ; salt
1 \N Pinches freshly grated lemon zest
\N \N Hot sauce; to taste
1 tablespoon Drained capers

In a blender or food processor blend tuna, mayonaise, deglazing liquid lemon juice, garlic paste, zest, and hot pepper sauce and stir in capers and salt to taste. Sauce may be made 2 days ahead and chilled, covered.

Thin sauce to desired consistency with water.
