Tofu milk

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Tofu
½ \N To 2/3 c water
2 teaspoons Maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Use the lesser amount of water for a light cream consistency, the full amount for milk.

Makes about 1 cup.
