Tofu nut patties

Ingredients

1tablespoonEgg replacer
1cupWhole wheat bread crumbs
½cupRoasted almond butter
½cupWalnuts, finely chopped
½cupSunflower seeds, lightly roasted
½cupMillet or brown rice, precooked
2tablespoonsAlmond oil
2tablespoonsParsley
1tablespoonOnion powder
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonThyme
½teaspoonMarjoram
½teaspoonSea salt
teaspoonRosemary, ground
½poundsTofu, crumbled

Directions

Mix the water and egg replacer together.

Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor. Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu.

Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until browned on both sides.
