Yield: 24 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
4 ounces | Semisweet chocolate, broken into small pieces |
1 tablespoon | Liqueur of your choice - Grand Marnier or Cointreau, or Tia Maria, Chocolate Almond, etc. |
2 cups | Confectioner's sugar, sifted |
½ cup | Unsalted butter, softened slightly |
2 tablespoons | Instant chocolate milk mix (or cocoa powder) |
Melt the chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and beat in the liqueur, confectioner's sugar and butter until smooth. If necessary, add a little more confectioner's sugar to give a firm paste. Divide into 24 pieces and shape into balls. Roll each one in the instant chocolate milk mix until completely covered, then place in paper candy cases.
