1 \N | Clove garlic, cut in half |
\N \N | Kitchen Bouquet |
\N \N | Salt and pepper, to taste |
\N \N | Tarragon, to taste |
\N \N | Tarragon Sauce, (see sauces) |
\N \N | Hot rice for 4 |
Rub cut garlic clove on all sides of chicken. Rub lightly with Kitchen Bouquet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and tarragon to taste. Place in open Microwave dish, breast-side down. Microwave on High for 7 minutes. Turn dish ½ turn. Microwave on High for 7 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes while making Tarragon Sauce. Serve sauce over meat with rice.
