Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
2 tablespoons Palm sugar
3 tablespoons Tamarind juice
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Spring onions; shredded
1 \N Chili; shredded
1 teaspoon Ground peanuts; * see note

Bring to boil fish sauce, sugar and tamarind juice Add remaining ingrediants and cool.
