| 1 | cup | Coarsley crushed tortilla |

| 1 | cup | (4oz) shredded cheddar |

Directions
FILLING
MEAT SHELLS
Preheat oven to 425F.
Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of mini muffin cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a teaspoon into each shell. Bake 7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly.
Remove from pan and serve.
