Ingredients

1 pounds Ground beef, extra lean
2 tablespoons Taco seasoning mix
1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Taco sauce -- reduced

2 ounces Olive -- ripe chopped
2 tablespoons Ice water
1 cup Tortilla chips -- crushed
Divided
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

FILLING

To make meat shells, combine ingredients; mix well. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny tart pans and set aside.

Combine sour cream, taco sauce, olives and ¾ cup tortilla chips.

Spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese; sprinkle over each tartlet. Bake at 375 deg. for 10 min. Garnish with taco sauce. Yield 32 tartlets.
