Taco beef

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground Beef
1 cup Fresh Salsa
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin
Salt & Pepper To Taste

In large skillet, brown beef. Drain. Stir in salsa, chili powder and cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use beef mixture for tacos, tostadas or taco salads. Makes 2-½ cups.
