Tabasco jelly

| ⅓ | cup | Lemon juice up to |
| 6 | tablespoons | Tabasco sauce plus |
| 1 | tablespoon | Liquid pectin |
| Red food coloring; optional | ||
Directions
In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce, bringing to a boil over medium heat. Add liquid pectin. Allow to come to a boil; boil for 1 minutes. Add food coloring, if desired. (The food coloring helps make a prettier jelly.) Pour into sterilized jars.
