Swordfish and halibut steak duxelles

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter; melted
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
¼ cup Green onion; chopped
1 cup Mushrooms; fine chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
4 \N Fish steaks; 1 inch thick

Turbot and Salmon are also suitable. Mix butter, parsley, green onion, mushrooms and lemon juice. Spread half of mixture in bottom of a baking dish. Arrange 4 fish steaks on top and add desired seasoning. Cover with remaining mixture. Cover and microwave at high 6-8 minutes. Let stand covered 2 minutes.
