|¼ cup||Butter; melted|
|2 tablespoons||Parsley; chopped|
|¼ cup||Green onion; chopped|
|1 cup||Mushrooms; fine chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|4 eaches||Fish steaks; 1 inch thick|
Turbot and Salmon are also suitable. Mix butter, parsley, green onion, mushrooms and lemon juice. Spread half of mixture in bottom of a baking dish. Arrange 4 fish steaks on top and add desired seasoning.
Cover with remaining mixture. Cover and microwave at high 6-8 minutes. Let stand covered 2 minutes.
