Sweet won ton

Yield: 50 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 cup Flaked coconut
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 pack Won ton wrappers (about 60 to a package)
1 Egg; beaten
Oil
Powdered sugar

Mix nuts, coconut, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Place one teaspoon of this mixture in the center of each won ton square. Fold into a triangle.

Moisten edges with beaten egg to seal. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Shake in a bag of powdered sugar. Cool. Store in an air-tight container. Yield: 50. ANN WARRICK (MRS. ALAN F.)
