Sweet potatoes with maple ginger cream

| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 2 | tablespoons | Pure maple syrup |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground giner |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped pecans, toasted |
Directions
Source: Southern Living Magazine 1/97 PIERCE sweet potatoes several times with a fork, and place on a baking sheet.
BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.
STIR together sour cream and next 3 ingredients. Spoon over split baked potatoes, and sprinkle with pecans.
