|1 medium||Sweet potato; diced water|
|1 cup||Broccoli; chopped, cooked|
|½ cup||Cottage cheese, low fat|
|1 tablespoon||Sesame seed|
In a covered saucepan cook sweet potato in ½ c water until almost done. Add chopped broccoli and extra water if needed. Toss cottage cheese and sesame seeds with vegetables until heated through.
