Sweet potato chocolate nut bread

| 2 | cups | Mashed sweet potatoes |
| 1½ | cup | Butter |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soda |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 1 | cup | Nuts; roasted |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 4 | ounces | Semi-sweet chocolate; melted |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare an 8 inch tube pan.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sweet potatoes and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and chocolate.
