Sweet onion saute

Ingredients

2Sweet onions; 1/4\" slices
1largeRed onion; cut into thin wedges
2tablespoonsMargarine
1bunchScallions; cut diagonally into 1\" pieces
¾teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsBalsamic vinegar

Directions

In a large skillet over med. heat, cook first 2 ingredients in hot margarine, stirring for 10 mins. Add scallions and salt. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 mins. or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar. Good served with Balsamic Glazed Steak.
