Sweet onion saute

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Sweet onions; 1/4" slices
1 large Red onion; cut into thin wedges
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 bunch Scallions; cut diagonally into 1" pieces
¾ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

In a large skillet over med. heat, cook first 2 ingredients in hot margarine, stirring for 10 mins. Add scallions and salt. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 mins. or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar. Good served with Balsamic Glazed Steak.
