Sweet onion pepper relish

Ingredients

| 1 | quart | Sweet onions |
| 2 | cups | Sweet red peppers |
| 2 | cups | Sweet green peppers |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | quart | Vinegar |
| 4 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Chopped cabbage |
Directions
Chop onions and peppers finely. Combine all ingredients and bring slowly to a boil. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour into hot sterile jars. Fill jars to within ½ inch of the top. Seal. Makes 3 to 4 pints.
