Sweet glazed chicken ( meat)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Whole Chicken breasts , halved & skinned
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 \N Stick pareve margarine, melted
2 teaspoons Horseradish
1 cup Apricot (or other) preserves

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, etc. and broil. After broiling, season with mixture of melted margarine, horseradish, and preserves. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, basting twice.
