Sweet and sour jerky marinade

Ingredients

½cupRed wine vinegar
½cupBrown sugar
1teaspoonGarlic powder
¼cupSoy sauce
2teaspoonsSalt
¼teaspoonGround ginger
3poundsLean meat, cut in strips
¾cupPineapple juice

Directions

Mix ingredients. Marinate in the refrigerator for at leadt 6 hours before drying.
