Hot jerky marinade

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Dried garlic powder
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Liquid smoke (up to 1)
2 teaspoons Pepper
2 teaspoons Dried onion powder
2 tablespoons Salt
2 pounds Lean meat, cut in strips
1 cup Water

Mix ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
