Hot jerky marinade

2 | teaspoons | Dried garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Brown sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke (up to 1) |
2 | teaspoons | Pepper |
2 | teaspoons | Dried onion powder |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
2 | pounds | Lean meat, cut in strips |
1 | cup | Water |
Mix ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
