Swedish mushroom sauce

| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 4 | tablespoons | All-Purpose Flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | White Pepper |
| 1½ | cup | Half and Half |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Sherry,Dry |
Directions
Offer as a sauce or a side dish. Saute mushrooms in butter until limp. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add cream; cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Stir in lemon juice and Sherry; salt to taste. Makes about 2½ cups sauce or 3 to 4 servings.
