Swedish meat balls

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 tablespoon Grated onion
1 teaspoon Salt

½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon Allspice
1 \N Egg
\N \N Anesa

Mix all ingredients together. Form in small balls. To keep from falling apart let set at least one hour.

Brown meat balls in oil. Remove the meat balls from the oil then add to the oil: 2 Tblsp flour ⅛ cup water ½ cup of half and half milk season with salt and pepper to taste, or add 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Heat then pour over meat balls
