Yield: 1 batch
|2 cups||Enriched flour|
|teaspoon||Ammonia salt, scant ts`|
Cream butter; add sugar and creamthoroughly, using an electric beater if possible. Beat in sifted flour, ammonia salt, and vanilla.
Refrigerate for a few hours then shape into small balls and bake at 300 F. *JJ* 8/29/95
