Summer fruit brulee

Ingredients

2Fresh peaches; stoned and sliced
125gramsFresh raspberries; (4oz)
125gramsRedcurrants; (4oz)
125gramsStrawberries; hulled (4oz)
2tablespoonsBrandy
250millilitresGreek style yogurt; (1/2 pint)
125gramsSoft brown sugar; (4oz)

Directions

Place the prepared fruits in the base of an ovenproof dish.

Pour over the brandy.

Spread the Greek style yogurt over the fruit.

Sprinkle over the brown sugar and place under a preheated hot grill for 3 minutes or until the sugar has caramelised.

Chill before serving.
