Fruited cream brulee

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pint Raspberries
1 cup Cold milk
½ cup Cold Half-and-Half
1 tablespoon Orange liqueur or orange juice
1 pack (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling; French vanilla or vanilla flavor
2 tablespoons Light brown sugar; sifted

COVER bottoms of 4 (6-ounce) ovenproof dishes or custard cups with raspberries. POUR milk, half and half and liqueur into small bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour over raspberries in dishes. Chill l hour.

SPRINKLE pudding with brown sugar. Broil until sugar melts and bubbles.

Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired.

NOTE: 1 cup sliced strawberries may be substituted for raspberries.
