Sugar dough

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Granulated sugar
10 ounces (2 1/2 sticks) soft butter
\N \N Or (half butter/half
\N \N Shortening)
3 larges Eggs
5⅓ cup All purpose flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and continue to cream. Add salt and vanilla. Add flour all at once and blend just until flour has dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use. This dough must be used CHILLED.
