Ingredients

2cupsRhubarb; sliced
2cupsStrawberries
1cupSugar
1tablespoonLemon juice
½teaspoonPowdered ginger; opt'l
3tablespoonsMinute Tapioca
19\" Pie Crust and lid

Directions

Stir all ingredients together, let stand 15 min. and then place in an unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Cover the pie with a top crust or a sweet crumb mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 and bake a further 40 to 45 minutes.
