Strawberry cheesecake trifle

Ingredients

1Angel food cake torn into bite size pieces
2packs(8 oz) cream cheese (light is fine)
2cupsIcing sugar
1cupSour cream; (light is fine, again)
1teaspoonVanilla
½pintWhipping cream; (250 ml)
2quartsFresh strawberries; thinly sliced
3tablespoonsSugar
2tablespoonsStrawberry Jello; (provides stability to strawberry layer, doesn't alter flavour), up to 3

Directions

Combine strawberries ,sugar and strawberry jello. Cream together cream cheese and icing sugar; add sour cream and vanilla. Whip cream. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces to this. Layer together in large glass bowl starting with cake / cheese mixture and ending with strawberries. (Three layers of each). Cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight.
