Strawberry cheesecake trifle

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Angel food cake torn into bite size pieces
2 packs (8 oz) cream cheese (light is fine)
2 cups Icing sugar
1 cup Sour cream; (light is fine, again)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ pint Whipping cream; (250 ml)
2 quarts Fresh strawberries; thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Strawberry Jello; (provides stability to strawberry layer, doesn't alter flavour), up to 3

Combine strawberries ,sugar and strawberry jello. Cream together cream cheese and icing sugar; add sour cream and vanilla. Whip cream. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces to this. Layer together in large glass bowl starting with cake / cheese mixture and ending with strawberries. (Three layers of each). Cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight.
