Liquid strawberry cheesecake

| ⅔ | cup | Nonfat buttermilk; cultured |
| ½ | cup | Strawberries; washed and stemmed, (up to 2/3) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | Pinches lemon zest; or 1/4 tsp lemon extract, (optional) (up to 2) | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
