Measure | Ingredient |

⅔ cup | Nonfat buttermilk; cultured |
½ cup | Strawberries; washed and stemmed, (up to 2/3) |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 \N | Pinches lemon zest; or 1/4 tsp lemon extract, (optional) (up to 2) |
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
