Liquid strawberry cheesecake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Nonfat buttermilk; cultured
½ cup Strawberries; washed and stemmed, (up to 2/3)
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 \N Pinches lemon zest; or 1/4 tsp lemon extract, (optional) (up to 2)

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and serve.
