Liquid strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients

cupNonfat buttermilk; cultured
½cupStrawberries; washed and stemmed, (up to 2/3)
1tablespoonSugar
1Pinches lemon zest; or 1/4 tsp lemon extract, (optional) (up to 2)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and serve.
