| 400 | grams | Stracchino (Italian soft cheese) |

| Pepper & salt q.b. (what is needed) | ||

Directions
In a bowl mix the stracchino and the sausage till it became a all. Cut the baguette in disks ½ inch hight With a spoon put a good layer of the sauce (min. ½ inch).
