3 tablespoons | Ground cinnamon |
2 tablespoons | Ground cloves |
1 tablespoon | Ground nutmeg |
1 tablespoon | Anise seed |
1 teaspoon | Ground ginger |
MIX TOGETHER
Add to one quart water. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Continue to add water as the level goes down. The spices will get gunky in there, but I just stir every few hours. After about a week of constant adding of new water, I clean out the crocker and make a new batch.
