Stove top potpourri

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Ground cloves
1 tablespoon Ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon Anise seed
1 teaspoon Ground ginger


Add to one quart water. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Continue to add water as the level goes down. The spices will get gunky in there, but I just stir every few hours. After about a week of constant adding of new water, I clean out the crocker and make a new batch.
