Stir-fried chicken and mushrooms

| 4 | Cloves Garlic; minced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh Ginger; minced |
| 1 | Whole Chicken Breast; skinned, boned and cut into strips | |
| 8 | ounces | Mushrooms; sliced |
| 1 | Jalapeno Chile; minced | |
| 4 | Green Onions; sliced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy Sauce |

Directions
Heat oil in wok or heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until golden, stirring constantly, about 30 seconds. Add chicken, mushrooms and jalapeno and cook until chicken is cooked through, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Mix in onions and soy sauce. Serve with rice.
