Steamed potatoes with aioli

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Red-skinned potatoes
3 \N Cloves garlic
1 cup Mayonnaise

Steam 2 pounds (about 16) tiny red-skinned potatoes until tender when pierced with a knife (30 to 35 minutes). Cool slightly. Slice and arrange around a bowl of garlicky Aioli (mince 3 cloves garlic and stir into 1 cup mayonnaise).
