Caviar potatoes

Measure Ingredient
7 smalls New potatoes
2½ cup Boiling water
½ cup Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour
\N \N Cream
\N \N About 2-1/2 tsp. black
\N \N Caviar
\N \N About 2-1/2 tsp. gold caviar
\N \N Drained

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and chill.

Slice potatoes crosswise into ¼ inch slices. Place potato slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about ¾ tsp. sour cream and about ½ tsp. caviar. Yield: about 3 dozen
