Caviar potatoes

| ½ | cup | Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour |
| Cream | ||
| About 2-1/2 tsp. black | ||
| Caviar | ||
| About 2-1/2 tsp. gold caviar | ||
| Drained | ||
Directions
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and chill.
Slice potatoes crosswise into ¼ inch slices. Place potato slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about ¾ tsp. sour cream and about ½ tsp. caviar. Yield: about 3 dozen
