|7 smalls||New potatoes|
|2½ cup||Boiling water|
|½ cup||Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour|
|About 2-1/2 tsp. black|
|About 2-1/2 tsp. gold caviar|
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and chill.
Slice potatoes crosswise into ¼ inch slices. Place potato slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about ¾ tsp. sour cream and about ½ tsp. caviar. Yield: about 3 dozen
