Spagetti primavera

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
½ cup Slivered green pepper
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 each Clove garlic crushed
1 cup Cooked cut up broccoli
1 cup Diced seeded tomato
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
¾ teaspoon Oregano crushed
6 ounces Spagetti or Spagettini
1 x Salt and pepper to taste
1 x Grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter in medium frypan. Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender. Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occaisionally. Spoon vegetable mixture over spagetti; toss well to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
