Spagetti primavera

Ingredients

1cupSliced fresh mushrooms
½cupSlivered green pepper
¼cupChopped onion
1eachClove garlic crushed
1cupCooked cut up broccoli
1cupDiced seeded tomato
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
¾teaspoonOregano crushed
6ouncesSpagetti or Spagettini
1xSalt and pepper to taste
1xGrated parmesan cheese

Directions

Melt butter in medium frypan. Saute mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic until tender. Add broccoli, tomato, parsley and oregano to pan; heat through, stirring occaisionally. Spoon vegetable mixture over spagetti; toss well to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
