1 cup | Mushrooms, sliced |
8 ounces | Chicken, cooked & diced |
1 \N | Carrot, peeled & sliced |
1 \N | Tomato, diced |
1 \N | Cucumber, peeled & sliced |
4 \N | Radishes, sliced |
Prepare vegetables and toss with chicken in a large salad bowl. Use Spinach Salad Dressing (in next recipe). Mix dressing, shake well, pour over salad, toss, and serve.
