Spinach salad with diced chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 bunch Fresh Spinach, torn up
2 \N Green top Onions, sliced
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces Chicken, cooked & diced
1 \N Carrot, peeled & sliced
1 \N Tomato, diced
1 \N Cucumber, peeled & sliced
4 \N Radishes, sliced

Prepare vegetables and toss with chicken in a large salad bowl. Use Spinach Salad Dressing (in next recipe). Mix dressing, shake well, pour over salad, toss, and serve.
