¼teaspoonBlack pepper; freshly ground
3Garlic cloves; minced
1tablespoonBasil; chopped fresh
1tablespoonMint; chopped fresh
1tablespoonBalsamic vinegar
2poundsShrimp; 16-20 size, cleaned, peeled and deveined
Bamboo skewers; soaked in warm water for 30 minutes

Directions

2 Combine all ingredients and marinate for 6 to 8 hours; skewer decoratively and grill, turning and basting, only until pink; DO NOT OVERCOOK!!
