| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper; freshly ground |

| 1 | tablespoon | Basil; chopped fresh |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mint; chopped fresh |
| 1 | tablespoon | Balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | pounds | Shrimp; 16-20 size, cleaned, peeled and deveined |
| Bamboo skewers; soaked in warm water for 30 minutes | ||
Directions
2 Combine all ingredients and marinate for 6 to 8 hours; skewer decoratively and grill, turning and basting, only until pink; DO NOT OVERCOOK!!
