Spicy malaysian style beef

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean beef bottom round
\N \N Steak, trimmed of fat and
\N \N Cut in 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 \N Bud garlic; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Jalapeno pepper;chopped fine
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Coconut flavoring
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin

1. Combine ingredients in an electric crockery cooker and stir gently to coat meat evenly. Cover and cook at low setting according to manufacturer's directions, until meat is very tender--about 12 to 18 hours. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables if desired.
