Spicy chicken appetizers

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken breast, boneless
\N \N Cubed
¾ teaspoon Chili Powder
¼ teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
3 \N Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Chives, snipped
1½ teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
½ cup Nonfat Yogurt
1½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1. Trim fat from chicken, put in a food processor. 2. Add the chili powder, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chives and vinegar. Process until finely chopped. 3. Form the mixture into little balls. 4. Coat a non-stick frying pan with no-stick spray.

Heat on Medium

high. Add the meat and cook throughly, about 4 minutes on each side. 5. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and mustard. Use for dipping.
