4 pounds | Beef brisket, flat half |
24 ounces | Salsa sauce |
12 ounces | Beer |
6 \N | Pita breads, cut in half |

Trim fat from brisket. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13½ by 9 by 2 inches. Mix salsa sauce and beer; pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake in 325 degree oven 3 ½ hours or until tender. Remove beef; slice across the grain. Stuff pita bread with lettuce and beef slices; top with tomatoes. Serve with additional salsa sauce if desired.
