| 1 | teaspoon | Allspice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon | Shelled cardamon seeds |
| 1 | each | Stick of cinnamon |
| 6 | eaches | Whole cloves |
| 2 | eaches | Tb Sugar |
Directions
YIELD
Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Over boiling heat, heat mixture until simmering. Turn off heat, cover and simmer 2 hours. Leave the spices in the vinegar and pour into clean glass bottles with stoppers. Store in a cool place until ready to use.
