Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Orange juice |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1½ cup | Evaporated milk |
1 cup | Water |
3 \N | Egg yolks and egg whites |
\N \N | Nutmeg |
Combine juice, sugar, milk and water. Beat egg yolks; add milk mixture.
Beat egg whites stiff; fold in. Serve in tall glasses with ice; sprinkle with nutmeg.
