Measure Ingredient

2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
⅓ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
⅓ cup Water
4 tablespoons Salad Oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Knead until dough sticks and forms a ball.

NOTE: This recipe can be fried in oil.
