1 cup | Coffee-flavored liqueur |
½ cup | Irish cream liqueur |

In small bowl, combine espresso, sugar and liqueurs; mix well. Store mix in covered container in refrigerator.
For each serving, spoon 3 tablespoons of mix into small cup; add ½ cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream and orange zest. Mix can be store several weeks in refrigerator. Yield: 8⅔ cup servings.
