Yield: 8 2/3 cups
|½ cup||Instant espresso coffee|
|2 tablespoons||Brown sugar|
|1 cup||Coffee-flavored liqueur|
|½ cup||Irish cream liqueur|
|\N \N||Boiling water|
|\N \N||Sweetened whipped cream|
|\N \N||Orange zest*|
In small bowl, combine espresso, sugar and liqueurs; mix well. Store mix in covered container in refrigerator.
For each serving, spoon 3 tablespoons of mix into small cup; add ½ cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream and orange zest. Mix can be store several weeks in refrigerator. Yield: 8⅔ cup servings.
