Spam & gravy on biscuit

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Refrigerated large buttermilk biscu
1 can Spam (12 oz.)
¼ cup Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Black pepper
2 cups Milk

Prepare biscuit according to package directions. In a large skillet over medium-heat, saute Spam and onion in butter until Spam is lightly browned. Stir in flour and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture just comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, until gravy is thickened. Serve over hot biscuit.

Serves 8.
