Southern style pork ribs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Southern; (Country Style) pork ribs (up to 3)
1 cup Ketchup
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon Chile powder
½ teaspoon Tabasco

Put ribs in small roaster or baking dish. Bake in 375 oven for 1½ hours.

Drain off accumulated fat. Mix together ketchup, water, chile powder, and tabasco. Pour over ribs. Return to oven for another 1 ½ hours or until tender. The meat usually separates from the bone when done.

This is a goodie! Of course you can add more chile powder or tabasco if you like it hotter!
