Southern style pecan fudge

| 1 | pounds | Confectioner's sugar |
| 6 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ½ | cup | Cocoa |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Pecans, chopped |
Directions
In medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt overlow heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly inbuttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen.
