Sour cream stuffed boneless chicken

Yield: 9 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cooked, cubed chicken
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 pint Sour cream
8 ounces Package herb stuffing mix
\N \N Dash black pepper


In a 9x13 inch oven pan layer the chicken, soups, and sour cream. Don't mix. Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions, adding pepper to taste. Spread over the sour cream. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. Serve like lasagna. Source: The Rose Cottage
